Thank you for the service menu items
I have installed some of them to increase the functionality of the desktop
You can add
"Icon=name_of_icon_with_out_.png"
to get an icon next to the menu entry.

i don't know how to do that.... and i think you can't create a subdirectory... anyway i'm going to documentate about it...
